This Glace Ginger is in 15-22mm dices.
Tender, mild and virtually fibreless ginger is harvested between 5-7 months of age.
Ginger is washed, diced, cooked in sugar syrup over a period of days until it reaches the correct brix level.
The product is then drained and packed.
