COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
STOVETOP
1. Bring 1 cup of water to boil in a saucepan.
2. Add 1/3 cup of quinoa porridge flakes.
3. Cook for about 90 seconds.
4. Take saucepan off heat, allow to cool slightly for mixture to thicken.
MICROWAVE
1. Combine 1 cup of water and 1/3 cup of quinoa flakes.
2. Microwave on high for 2-2 1/2 minutes until thickened.
3. Stop microwave and stir frequently during cooking time.
